To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address and order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click START.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the return shipping instructions once the return request is approved.

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • Return items must be in their original condition.
  • Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.

Free gifts or Party Specials are not returnable!

Are there any charges for Returns and Exchanges?

  • There are no charges for returns and exchanges.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping.

 

How soon will I get my Store Credit, Exchange or Refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If you are opting for an Exhange (a different size for example) your exchanged item will then be shipped out to you. PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased from a party, a Store Credit or Exchange is preferred in order to preserve your host's party credits.
  • If you are opting for a Store Credit, which can be used for anything in the store, a store credit coupon will be sent via email. PLEASE NOTE:  If you purchased from a party, a Store Credit or Exchange is preferred in order to preserve your host's party credits.
  • If you prefer to be refunded, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
